How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unused condition. Please visit our Returns Portal to start a request and receive a prepaid shipping label.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we currently ship to over 50 countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer interest-free installments through Klarna and Affirm.
How can I track the status of my shipment?

Are your products covered by a warranty?
Most of our premium goods come with a 1-year manufacturer's warranty against defects. If you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact our support team with your order number and a photo of the defect.
